Orange juice from concentrate

Natural fruit juice with vitamins and antioxidants, though concentrated processing removes some nutrients.

It provides some flavor and a little vitamin C, but the concentrate has lost fiber and the juice content is low (about 10-20% depending on the market). It is nutritionally far from whole fruit.
