Honey

Natural, but nutritionally it behaves like other added sugars in the body. Present only in small quantities, so impact is minor.

Honey is a natural, minimally processed food made up mainly of fructose and glucose, with trace enzymes, antioxidants and minerals. Nutritionally it still counts as free sugar, so it should be used sparingly, but it contains no additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients.
